Hey Sis!

I'm sure you have heard the expression "If something seems to good to be true, it probably is."  In most cases this expressions is VERY true!  We have all fell for the "okie-dokie" a few times in this life, right?  Girl, I know I have LOL!

PLR & MRR is a little different though.  I promise you that I would not be trying to tell you about something illegal.  I like my freedom hunni!  We can't do good business behind bars.😬

Selling Private Label Rights (PLR) is legal. PLR is a legitimate and widely accepted business model in the digital content market. The legality of selling PLR stems from the specific rights and permissions granted by the original content creator to the buyer.

What Makes It Legal?

  1. Licensing Agreements:

    • Explicit Permissions: When you purchase PLR content, you are buying a license that explicitly grants you the rights to modify, rebrand, and resell the content. This licensing agreement is what makes the use and sale of PLR content legal.
    • Terms and Conditions: The PLR license usually includes detailed terms and conditions that outline what you can and cannot do with the content. As long as you adhere to these terms, your actions with the PLR content are legally protected.
  2. Original Creator’s Consent:

    • Voluntary Sale: The original content creator voluntarily sells the rights to their work through a PLR license. By doing so, they consent to others using, modifying, and selling the content under the conditions specified in the license.
    • Intellectual Property Transfer: The transfer of intellectual property rights from the creator to the buyer is what legitimizes the buyer’s subsequent use and distribution of the content.
  3. Compliance with Copyright Laws:

    • Ownership and Authorship: The original creator retains the original authorship of the content but transfers specific rights to the buyer. This transfer is typically documented and complies with copyright laws.
    • Avoiding Infringement: As long as the buyer respects the terms of the PLR license and does not claim to be the original creator of the content without modification, there is no infringement on copyright laws.
  4. Documentation and Proof:

    • Purchase Records: Keeping records of the purchase and the PLR license agreement serves as proof of the rights granted to you. This documentation can be crucial if any legal issues arise regarding the use of the content.
    • License Certificates: Some PLR providers offer license certificates that explicitly state the rights transferred to the buyer, providing additional legal assurance.

Practical Considerations:

  • Read the License Carefully: Always read and understand the PLR license agreement before purchasing. Ensure it grants you the specific rights you need and that you are comfortable with any restrictions.
  • Respect the Terms: Follow the terms and conditions of the PLR license to avoid any legal complications. This includes not exceeding the rights granted, such as reselling the content if the license doesn’t allow it.
  • Choose Reputable Providers: Purchase PLR content from reputable providers to ensure that the content is original and that the licensing agreements are clear and legally sound.

So you see, PLR & MRR is completely legal as long as you adhere to the licensing that you receive with your products.  Once you purchase from us, you will get your license to go with your purchases and then customize the products to your business if you want.

That's all for now! 💋
